FV Aukaha Dry-dock - Port Lyttleton

As part of our regular work servicing the Lyttelton Drydock, our marine painting team was pleased to be involved in the major refit of Sealord’s Aukaha during its month-long stay out of the water. The vessel underwent extensive repairs and refurbishment, with our team taking on the mammoth task of rust remediation and recoating across a wide range of areas. This included multiple decks, the factory, winches, fantail, engine room, fishmeal plant, confined space work and much more. Dry dock work demands long hours, tight timelines, and minimal time off, but our crew rose to the challenge and maintained a high standard throughout. We're proud of the result and the effort our team brought to such a demanding and rewarding project.
