OH&S Co-Ordinator

Jess is a driving force behind the health and safety culture at Trafalgar Painting. As OH&S Coordinator, she plays a central role in keeping our systems organised, compliant, and responsive to the needs of our diverse worksites. Jess works closely with managers, supervisors, and crews to ensure documentation is in order, risks are being managed, and that our safety practices continue to improve over time.

She’s also actively involved in developing and implementing new procedures, bringing a thoughtful and thorough approach to everything she does. Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care for the wellbeing of the team, Jess helps ensure that safety is more than just a checklist—it’s part of how we work.

Jess spends her weekends running a vibrant face‑painting service at kids’ birthday parties—providing colourful designs and smiles.
Outside of parties, she loves catching up with friends and family over great food and drinks, and long walks, soaking in the region's natural beauty. Jess is well‑travelled too—she has explored New Zealand and ventured abroad, always on the lookout for the next new place to visit. For her, life is a balance of creativity, connection, and enjoying the simple joys.
