Compliance Co-Ordinator

As our Compliance Coordinator, Kay plays a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. She ensures that our site compliance is spot on, working closely with clients and WorkSafe to guarantee every project is completed safely and in line with regulations. Kay’s attention to detail and great organizational skills mean that all documentation is up to date, and everything stays on track.
Despite the constant flow of responsibilities, she handles everything with a smile, and says her favourite thing about Trafalgar is her collegues. Her friendly attitude makes her a true asset to our team, always staying calm, focused, and approachable.
Outside of work, Kay juggles a busy home life with her partner, two young daughters, and their dog, Kai. She has a passion for baking and often brings her delicious homemade treats into the office to share. When she gets a chance to relax, you'll find her curled up with a good book.
