Molly’s a hands-on all-rounder, leading our marine painting crew at the port, jumping into commercial painting, asbestos removal jobs, compliance and office duties, she always gives it her best shot. She’s asbestos-ticketed and has recently kicked off her New Zealand Certificate in Marine Coatings apprenticeship.
With an eye for quality and a never say no attitude, Molly works hard and never lets the boys leave her behind. She’s a bridge between our on-site teams and office crew, making sure everyone’s on the same page. Molly says her favourite aspect of working at Trafalgar is that “we’re one big family, every day feels like working with friends.”
She is a busy mum, and on weekends she enjoys family road trips, dog walks and movie nights with her daughter and son. She loves cooking – and eating, date nights with her partner, or cheeky drinks with friends. Originally from Tonga, she has a passion for nature and travel, having lived in and explored many countries. And when she’s not painting boats, you’ll find her painting canvases, creating art is her happy place.
