Molly Langi

Operations Manager

Molly is our Operations Manager and plays a key role in keeping Trafalgar Painting running efficiently every day. From coordinating projects and supporting our crews to managing compliance, administration and operational systems, she ensures our teams have everything they need to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Having worked across our marine, commercial and asbestos divisions, Molly brings valuable hands-on industry experience to the role. She holds asbestos qualifications and is currently completing her New Zealand Certificate in Marine Coatings, giving her a practical understanding of the work our teams carry out on site. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic and positive attitude make her an invaluable link between our field crews, management team and office.

Molly says her favourite part of working at Trafalgar Painting is that "we're one big family, every day feels like working with friends."

Outside of work, Molly is a busy mum who enjoys family road trips, walking the dogs and movie nights with her daughter and son. She loves cooking (and eating!), spending time with her partner, and catching up with friends over a few cheeky drinks. Originally from Tonga, she has a passion for nature and travel, having lived in and explored several countries. When she's not helping keep Trafalgar Painting running smoothly, you'll often find her creating artwork on canvas, painting is her happy place, both on and off the job.
