Phil Legge

Facilities Co-Ordinator

As our Facilities Manager, Phil plays a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. He oversees all stock, purchasing, plant and equipment needs, and ensures everything is serviced and maintained. Phil manages our Akersten Street yard and ensures our teams on-site have everything they need to get the job done efficiently and safely.
With an extensive background in operations from his years in hospitality and project management in the fishing industry, Phil brings a wealth of practical knowledge and experience to the table. His hands-on approach makes him the go-to person for all things logistical, and he does it all with a sense of humour. If you ever need a good story, Phil’s always ready with one!
Outside of work, Phil is a proud father to two adult children who live overseas, and he’s always looking for opportunities to visit them in Europe or Dubai. He’s an avid fisherman and hunter, and his passion for gourmet cooking is well-known around the office. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find Phil and his lovely wife enjoying a night out with friends.
